Ershla Johnson is an executive leader with more than two decades of experience leading organizational growth, operational transformation, and client strategy across the healthcare, benefits, and professional services sectors. She is known for aligning strategy, structure, and leadership to help organizations scale more effectively while strengthening performance, accountability, and client experience.
Throughout her career, Ershla has led large-scale operational and client organizations, guided companies through rapid growth and transformation, and built high-performing teams focused on execution and sustainable results. Her expertise spans organizational effectiveness, operational infrastructure, leadership strategy, and business performance optimization.
Most recently, Ershla served in executive leadership at Decisely, where she held multiple leadership roles, including Senior Vice President of Operations, Chief Client Officer, and Executive Vice President and General Manager of the company’s largest business unit, representing nearly 50% of total annual recurring revenue. During her tenure, she helped scale the organization into a multi-million-dollar platform, tripled program growth within 18 months, increased annual recurring revenue from $2.5M to $6M within one year, and led operational initiatives that significantly improved productivity and organizational performance.
Earlier in her career, Ershla held leadership roles within national healthcare organizations, including Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, where she supported large employer and enterprise client operations.
Today, through Eight Strategies, LLC, Ershla partners with organizations navigating growth, operational complexity, leadership transition, and transformation—helping leaders align vision, execution, and organizational performance for sustainable growth.
