Experienced executive leader with deep expertise in operational strategy, organizational design, and business transformation within complex and evolving organizations.
With more than two decades of experience across healthcare, insurtech, benefits, and professional services, Ershla Johnson has led enterprise client operations and strategic business initiatives within complex and evolving environments. She is recognized for building strong teams, developing leaders, and helping companies navigate growth and change with greater clarity and consistency.
Throughout her career, Ershla has guided organizations through periods of transition and expansion while leading cross-functional teams focused on strengthening both the client and employee experience. Her background spans leadership development, organizational strategy, client success, and process improvement across organizations ranging from early-stage startups to large national enterprises.
Prior to founding Eight Strategies, LLC, Ershla served in executive leadership roles at Decisely, including Chief Client Officer and Executive Vice President & General Manager, where she helped lead significant company growth and scale during a period of rapid expansion. Earlier in her career, she held leadership roles within national healthcare organizations, including Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield.
